Unban My Account

I have been playing PUBG Mobile for about 10 years and my in‑game name is “Legendgill2”. Today I suddenly received a notice in the game that my account (ID: 5188376833) has been banned until 18/09/2036. I have never used cheats, scripts, hacks, third‑party software or any unfair method in the game. I always play normally and try to improve my skills through fair gameplay. This ban decision is therefore completely unexpected and I believe it is a mistake. You can check my gameplay records and history to confirm that I do not use any illegal tools. So far I have not been able to reach a solution because I have not contacted support before, but now I am asking you to review my account in detail and remove this ban permanently. I kindly request that my account be re‑opened, as I have invested many years and effort into this game and I do not want to lose my progress because of an unjust ban. I am ready to provide any additional information you may need and I ask you to reconsider this ban decision as soon as possible.
