On January 4, 2024, an amount of 624.99 ₺ was debited from my phone for PUBG Mobile. They confirmed this transaction four times without my knowledge. I have no idea how they executed this, but affirmative responses were sent to every message, and this occurred during a time when I did not have my phone with me. I only received the invoice message on my smartwatch. When I read it, I was astonished and experienced a significant shock. My line belongs to Vodafone, and when I called customer service, they claimed I had given 'approval' and that a refund was not possible. I want to express my discomfort about this situation because, as military personnel with a fixed income, paying this amount is extremely challenging for me, and I do not approve of it. I kindly request a resolution 🙏
