Unauthorized ₺2300 Charge on PUBG Mobile – No Support, Need Refund

A ₺2300 payment was made through Pubgmobile.com, but I have no knowledge of this transaction. I did not authorize this charge, and now I am unable to reach customer support to request a refund.

This situation is completely unacceptable. PUBG Mobile’s lack of proper customer service makes it impossible to resolve such serious issues. I expect a full refund immediately, as I did not approve this payment.

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will take legal action to recover my money. PUBG Mobile, fix this now! Unauthorized charges like this should not happen, and I demand an immediate resolution!
