PUBG Mobile Withdraws $19 in Unauthorized Subscription Charges

On August 14, I noticed that PUBG Mobile withdrew approximately $19 from my Ziraat Bank account without my knowledge or consent. I never started a subscription, gave any authorization for these charges, or received any notification about them.

As soon as I realized what happened, I contacted both PUBG Mobile and my bank. However, neither provided a satisfactory explanation, and my issue remains unresolved. I am extremely frustrated that these payments were processed without my permission.

I demand that PUBG Mobile immediately cancel the subscription or transaction causing these unauthorized withdrawals, issue a full refund for the deducted amounts, and implement the necessary security checks to prevent this from happening again.
