PUBG Mobile UC Top-Up Fails After Missing Order Code on Bank Transfer

On August 13, 2026, at approximately 11:50 AM, I made a bank transfer of $87 from my Ziraat Bank account to Trend Ödeme Kuruluşu. My intention was to top up UC on my PUBG Mobile account (ID: 5751460***). Because I forgot to enter the order code during the transaction, the UC balance was not credited to my game account. The reference number on my transaction receipt is 943737838***.

Following this transaction, I could not find any customer service phone number to contact Trend Ödeme Kuruluşu. Neither was the UC credited to my account, nor was my $87 payment refunded to me.

I demand that the payment I made be credited as UC to my PUBG Mobile game account as soon as possible, using my transaction reference number and player ID, or, if that is not possible, that the $87 payment be refunded to me in full.
