PUBG Mobile Keeps Banning My Account for Using Bluetooth Keyboard and Mouse

For the past month, I have been experiencing constant issues while playing PUBG Mobile on my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. The game repeatedly freezes, and my account gets restricted with the warning: “Unauthorized peripheral device detected.” This happens specifically because I use a Jopus Sorcerer Bluetooth keyboard and mouse setup. As a result, my account is banned for 24 hours almost every other day, making it impossible to enjoy the game.

I have spent around ₺100,000 on my PUBG Mobile account so far. My username is Aslan and my ID is 5158*84. Despite such a significant investment in the game, I have received no meaningful support from customer service. Every time I report the issue, I either get no reply or a generic response, while the bans keep repeating.

It is unfair for paying users to face constant restrictions just for using widely available Bluetooth peripherals. Many players use similar devices to improve their gaming experience, and instead of punishing them, PUBG Mobile should adopt a more fair and user-friendly policy.

I demand that PUBG Mobile stop banning my account for using these devices and create a more reasonable system that does not penalize loyal players.
