PUBG Mobile Honor Magic Pad2 Account Banned After High Kills in Matches

I play PUBG Mobile on my Honor Magic Pad2, and I’ve been facing a very unfair issue. Whenever I perform well in As League matches and score 20 kills or more, my account automatically gets banned with the warning “unauthorized peripheral device detected.” So far, this has happened three times:

First ban: 1 hour

Second ban: 10 hours

Third ban: 1 day suspension

The only accessory I use is a keyboard, and I have never used macros, cheat software, or any unauthorized third-party tools. Despite this, the system wrongly flags my account.

I contacted PUBG Mobile customer support, but instead of a proper review, I only received automated bot replies stating that my ban was valid. No real investigation was conducted.

This is especially frustrating because I have invested heavily in this game, spending around ₺20,000 on in-game purchases. To have my account unfairly banned despite this level of commitment is unacceptable.

I demand that PUBG Mobile review my account thoroughly, lift the unfair bans, and fix the detection system so legitimate players are not punished for simply playing well. I also expect compensation for the time and money lost due to these false bans, and I want assurance that this issue will not happen again.
