PUBG Mobile ID Hacked – Unable to Contact Support

I am writing regarding my PUBG Mobile account, which I have been unable to access after it was hacked. I play from Pakistan and my account was at approximately level 63 before it was stolen. My in‑game ID is 52191129036. My account was hacked around 3 March 2026 and since that date I have not been able to use it. I tried to submit a report and contact support in PUBG Mobile, but in the in‑game support section I only see the “regular device” option and I cannot send a message or properly explain my situation, so I am stuck and cannot complete a request. I kindly request that my hacked PUBG Mobile account be investigated and that access be restored to me if possible. I also request that you provide a clear way for me to contact support, since the current “regular device” option does not allow me to send a proper message about this problem.
