PUBG Mobile Refuses to Restore Hacked Account Despite Proof of Ownership

1

On March 30, 2026, I realized that my PUBG Mobile account had been hacked, and I have been unable to recover it ever since. My player ID number is 531***00747, and I previously accessed my account using an iPhone 16 Pro Max.

For a long time, the account was linked to my phone number, email address, TikTok, and WhatsApp accounts. In addition, records of trusted devices I regularly used, my in-game purchase history, and the list of friends I frequently played with are all saved in the system. The match history and friends list clearly demonstrate that I actively used the account over an extended period.

Despite this, because I currently lack access to the original email address and phone number used when the account was created, the support team claims the account cannot be restored to me. Simply lacking access to the original email and phone details does not mean the account does not belong to me. I believe my ownership can easily be verified through the account's linked history, trusted device logs, purchase transactions, match history, and playing partners.

Since March 30, 2026, I have repeatedly contacted the PUBG Mobile support team both in-game and via email, yet my account has still not been returned to me and my frustration continues. As stated in my support exchanges, despite providing extensive additional information requested for security verification, I have received no positive response.

I demand that the PUBG Mobile support team perform a detailed re-investigation of my account (ID: 531***00747), taking into account all current data, past linked accounts, device records, purchase history, in-game logs, and prior support tickets, and return the account to me as its rightful owner as soon as possible.
