I purchased UC for my PUBG Mobile account, but more than 12 hours have passed, and I still haven’t received it. Despite messaging and calling via WhatsApp, I have received no response or update about my order.

This is extremely frustrating, as I expected instant delivery, just like every other in-game purchase. If there is a technical issue, it should have been resolved immediately, but instead, I am left waiting with no support.

I demand that my order (Order No: 514890) be processed and delivered now.
