I Keep Getting Kicked from PUBG Mobile Mid-Game During Fights for No Reason

Dear PUBG Mobile team, I’ve been a dedicated player for several seasons and have genuinely enjoyed the game—until recently. Over the past few seasons, I’ve been constantly getting randomly kicked out of the game, especially during critical gunfights. It happens without warning, without cause, and it’s becoming more and more frequent.

This isn’t just a minor bug—it ruins the entire experience. I spend hours playing and investing in matches, only to be thrown out of the game at the most intense and important moments. It’s not a network issue on my end, and it’s certainly not something I can fix by tweaking a few settings. This is clearly a technical issue on your side, and it needs immediate attention.

I'm sharing this respectfully, but it’s incredibly frustrating. Players come to PUBG Mobile to enjoy competitive and immersive gameplay, not to be punished with unjust disconnections mid-match.

Please fix this problem right away. It’s affecting gameplay, costing us matches, and ultimately driving loyal players away. We love your game—give us a stable experience in return.
