I’ve been facing the same recurring issue every time I start and exit PUBG Mobile, and it’s incredibly frustrating. I’ve reinstalled the game, even formatted my computer, but nothing resolves the problem. What’s worse is that I’m not alone—many other players are experiencing the same issue. Despite this, there seems to be no proper response or assistance from the technical support team. It feels impossible to reach anyone for help, and the support process is unnecessarily complicated. PUBG, please address these technical problems immediately and improve your support system. I expect a resolution soon, or I may have to stop playing altogether.
