I Paid for 660 UC on Pinly but Never Received My PUBG Mobile Credits
On June 14, 2026, at approximately 6:15 PM, I made a payment of approximately $8 through Pinly to purchase 660 UC for my PUBG Mobile account. The payment was successfully charged to my Akbank debit card, and I received a transaction code confirming that the payment had been processed. However, the 660 UC was never credited to my PUBG Mobile account, and I received no notification or explanation regarding the issue. My PUBG Mobile player ID is 5186*****47.
Although the payment was successfully collected, the purchased product was never delivered. To this day, no UC has been added to my account, and no refund has been issued. I entered all requested information correctly on the website, but I am unable to complete the transaction process or receive any meaningful response from the system regarding the status of my purchase.
I request that Pinly either deliver the 660 UC I purchased to my PUBG Mobile account without further delay or, if that is not possible, provide a full and immediate refund of the amount charged. Charging a customer without delivering the purchased digital product is unacceptable, and I expect this issue to be resolved promptly.
