I Lost Access to My PUBG Mobile Account Despite Playing Fairly

I am a PUBG Mobile player and my account, which is linked to Tencent, has been unfairly given a temporary ban even though I have not violated any rules. The account in question is named MEMATİ Baş with ID number 52307092628. As shown on the in‑game screen, an access restriction has been imposed until 19/10/2026 on the grounds of “user agreement violation” and “security violation”. Despite the fact that there is no other game or third‑party software installed on the same tablet apart from PUBG Mobile, I have received this penalty, which I do not accept. On my account there are items worth approximately ₺2,000, including a rare collectible item such as the Butterfly Glacier Judge knife, as well as many other contents that I obtained by investing significant time and effort. I have always played in accordance with the rules and in a fair manner in the game, and I have never engaged in any prohibited behaviour such as cheating, use of third‑party programs or account sharing. After the ban decision, I immediately contacted the support team via the “appeal” button in the game and requested that both my recent match records and my account be examined in detail. However, I did not receive a satisfactory and positive response by e‑mail, nor was I given a clear explanation as to why the ban decision was made. For all these reasons, I believe that this sanction was imposed as a result of a system error and that my account was banned by mistake. Today I saw the ban notice stating that my account is blocked until 19/10/2026. I request that my match history, login records and all security checks be re‑examined in detail, that this unfair ban be lifted and that my full access to my account be restored. In order to prevent further loss of my time and money, I kindly ask that the review be completed as quickly as possible and that the result be communicated to me clearly and transparently.
