Can’t Access PUBG Mobile Account After Losing Old Phone Number
When I try to log into my PUBG Mobile account on iOS 17, I’m prompted for two-factor verification via my old phone number, which is now inactive and permanently closed. Even though I still have full access to my Facebook and email login details, I cannot access my account because of this outdated phone number requirement.
This issue has been ongoing for about three weeks, and it’s the first time I’ve ever encountered it. When I submitted a support ticket, I received a response stating that “unusual activity was detected”, but no actual solution was provided. My user ID is 5137*59, and my last in-game purchase was 60 UC through the App Store.
Since my old phone number is no longer in use, I’m requesting that PUBG Mobile allow me to log in via my linked Facebook or email account instead of requiring SMS verification. Please remove the two-factor restriction tied only to my old phone number and help me regain access to my account as soon as possible.
