When I try to log into my PUBG Mobile account on iOS 17, I’m prompted for two-factor verification via my old phone number, which is now inactive and permanently closed. Even though I still have full access to my Facebook and email login details, I cannot access my account because of this outdated phone number requirement.
This issue has been ongoing for about three weeks, and it’s the first time I’ve ever encountered it. When I submitted a support ticket, I received a response stating that “unusual activity was detected”, but no actual solution was provided.
