Stay Away From PRONET

I signed 2-year agreement and decided not to renew. I Called Pronet so many times to remove the equipment, but they finally showed up a month later and removed them. But meantime they charged me for a new agreement without my knowledge, I called and emailed them numerous times but no refund was issued. Stay away from this company, they sound like a very reputable company, but they are another CROOK company.

How did you renew the agreement and withdraw 4290.46 TL from my account without my approval during the delay and stalling period to avoid taking the devices after the contract period ended? That's the issue.

Today is the 29th, I am still waiting, no refund to the account. Hopefully, if it comes one day, I will report it.

Despite my dozens of emails and phone calls, and two separate investigations by CIMER, I couldn't get a result, but Sikayetvar resolved the issue within 2 days after 6 months, which is commendable.
