Promova customer support ignores my messages, what options do I have to get help?

If Promova customer support ignores your messages;

• Contact Promova again using all available channels (in-app support, website contact form, alternate support email) and state that your previous messages were unanswered
• Provide your account email, ticket/reference numbers (if any), dates you contacted support, and a short summary of the issue

Ask them to;

• Escalate your case to a senior or billing support team
• Review your issue and provide a written response or fix
• Confirm any refund, access restoration, or billing correction if applicable

If the problem persists;

• Keep copies of all messages, screenshots, and payment records
• Contact your bank or card issuer if the issue involves unresolved charges
• File a complaint on Xolvie to gain visibility and push for a proper response
