Profilo Refused to Install My New Dishwasher and Stove Despite Warranty

On 13/09/2025, I purchased a brand-new Profilo BMS 623V1 Solo dishwasher, DVE6G560 angled hood, and OE36K6P10D self-controlled built-in gas stove from the Profilo store at Gimsa Park Mall in Eryaman, Ankara. The products were delivered to my home on 16/09/2025. However, the authorized service refused to install them, claiming that a stove cannot be placed on top of a dishwasher. Yet, I had previously used a Bosch dishwasher in the same setup without any issues. It has only been 7 days since I bought the products, for which I paid a total of ₺51,000, but I cannot use them because they were not installed. When I contacted Profilo customer service, they said this was a company decision and that installation would definitely not be done. The service suggested I could use the products without warranty but offered no other solution. Meanwhile, my old dishwasher was also taken away. Now I have neither a stove nor a dishwasher at home, forcing me to order food every day. The store where I purchased them (Gimsa Park Mall Profilo) denied responsibility, refused a return, and claimed the problem was not theirs but that I should change my kitchen cabinets. They did not stand behind the products they sold. When I contacted the Ministry of Trade, I was informed that during the sale, the seller must clearly state that a stove cannot be placed on top of a dishwasher or that no electronic product can be placed under a stove, but no such warning was given to me. My products are under warranty, and my invoice number is AAA2025000002561. Because of all this, I have been left aggrieved. I demand either a refund or the proper installation of my products under warranty to replace my old ones.
