Pragmatic Play Systemic Problem - No TRP

I don’t think a big provider like Pragmatic Play can be so passive; there must be a systemic problem. I haven’t been able to make any profit from any game for 5 months, which is unbelievable. This isn’t luck—I believe it’s a systemic issue, because otherwise it would be a one-sided gain and that wouldn’t be fair. I am certain there is a problem here. This is a platform that serves millions of people around the world, yet it clearly has a systemic problem and no TRP. I suffered many losses before I realized this, and I demand a fix.
