Today, I purchased the profile viewing service on the Postegro website for $10 using my credit card. The payment was processed successfully, and the amount was deducted from my account. However, despite waiting for some time, the service I purchased does not appear on my account page, and I am unable to use it.

This is my first time using this service, and I did not encounter any error messages or access issues with the website. The purchase was made using my email address: s*********@gmail.com**.

I request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible and that the service I paid for be activated and assigned to my account without further delay.
