Point Blank TG Purchase Not Credited to My Account After Payment

On April 25, 2026, I purchased TG through Point Blank TR for $37, but the TG I paid for still has not been credited to my account. The payment was completed successfully, and I have the order/transaction number 8809821 for this purchase.
Even though my payment was received, the product has not been added to my account, leaving me at a loss. On top of that, I have been unable to find any customer service phone number, so I have no one to contact regarding this issue.
I request that the TG I paid for be credited to the appropriate account as soon as possible and that this issue be resolved without further delay.
