I Cannot Get My Prepaid Card Deposit Accepted on Pocket Option

I made a deposit with my prepaid card on Pocket Option, but in my country the card is not issued with a name on it. Even when I went to the bank to request a bank statement for the prepaid card with a stamp and employee signature, they told me they do not have a policy for providing prepaid card statements either through an application or a PDF version. That is why I went there personally. Now Pocket Option is creating problems again with issuing the card statement in my name.
