After updating my email and password for my PSN account, I encountered an issue where I am unable to log in due to an incorrect login message. Whenever I attempt to reset the password, an email for account recovery is sent to me. The system is asking for my date of birth, and even though I'm confident that I entered it correctly, it keeps telling me it's incorrect. It's frustrating when I try to reach the customer service number and there's no response. What actions should I take?
