Play-Doh Set Defective – Dough Sticks to Hands & Refund Request

I bought a Play-Doh set from BİM two days ago, and the product could not be used from the very first use. The dough sticks intensely to the hands and leaves color on everything it touches, so my child cannot play with it comfortably and we constantly have to clean around. Since the product does not offer a proper play experience and creates a mess instead, I want this problematic Play-Doh set to be taken back and my money refunded or the product exchanged with a properly functioning set. I request that the necessary checks be carried out and that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
