I purchased two packs of Play-Doh 12-color crayons from the D&R store. They were supposed to be easy to open and long-lasting, but they ended up being a total disappointment. One pack was okay, but the other one was totally spoiled on the inside. These crayons just wouldn't open right and kept falling apart. This situation is just not okay for a brand like Play-Doh, especially given the amount of money spent. I want my money back. I've included pictures of the product to support my complaint. I wouldn't suggest this product to anyone. There are more affordable and better-quality options out there.
