My Play-Doh is drying out - how can I soften it?

There are a few simple methods for softening dried Play-Doh:

• Sprinkle a few drops of water directly onto the surface of the Play-Doh while it is in its container. Knead the Play-Doh to evenly distribute the moisture, being careful not to add too much water, which will make it too sticky.

• Another method is to wrap the Play-Doh in a damp (but not soaking wet) paper towel and store it in an airtight container overnight. This allows the moisture on the paper towel to soften the dough. The next day, knead the Play-Doh to ensure even moisture distribution.

• For more stubborn cases, soak the Play-Doh in warm water for approximately 10-15 minutes. After soaking, remove it from the water and thoroughly knead until soft and pliable. However, do not leave the Play-Doh in the water for too long, as it will become overly mushy.
