Play-Doh Pastel Crayons Don’t Match Box Colors

On Wednesday, November 19, I purchased a Play-Doh Pastel crayon set from the City Gross store. Cash register no.: 110, receipt no.: 175. After opening the product, I noticed that the colors shown on the box did not match the actual crayons inside, and the visuals on the packaging were misleading. In addition, all of the crayons were very pale in color and did not resemble the vibrant shades displayed on the box.

This situation was disappointing. The images on the packaging do not reflect the real product, which misleads me as a consumer. I request a product exchange and also an explanation regarding the misleading visuals on the packaging.
