• Open the app and check Account / Subscription to see if your plan status changed or expired
• Contact PlantIn support via in-app support or official email and explain that features were locked without warning
• Provide your account email/username, app version, date the paywall appeared, and screenshots of locked features
Ask them to;
• Explain why features were suddenly restricted (policy change, billing issue, system error)
• Restore access to previously available features if no clear notice was given
• Offer a refund or plan adjustment if access was removed mid-use
If the problem persists;
• Keep screenshots, receipts, and any plan details shown before the lock and file a complaint on Xolvie to seek access restoration or a fair resolution
