On the evening of January 28, 2026, I started experiencing repeated errors on my Pinterest account while trying to create a regular landscape pin. When I attempt to upload the pin, the app displays the message: “There was a problem verifying your video. Please try again or use a different video.” However, I am not uploading a video at all, which makes this error confusing.
This error only appears when I click on the first pin, and it does not appear on subsequent pins. Despite that, it still interrupts my normal use of the platform.
I have been experiencing this issue since yesterday. I even tried temporarily deactivating and reactivating my Pinterest account, but the problem still persists. Because of this, it has become difficult to use the app normally, and encountering this error every time I start a new pin is increasingly frustrating.
I request that Pinterest investigate this technical issue on my account and resolve the error as soon as possible, so that I can create and publish pins without any problems.
