I Can’t Complete Pi Network KYC and My Pi Was Taken as a Penalty

I have been unable to complete the KYC (Identity Verification) process in the Pi Network app for a long time, and because of this, I cannot fully use my account. When I try to start the KYC process through the app, the system does not allow me to proceed, and I am unable to upload or verify my documents.
In addition to this, I saw a notification in the app stating that some of the Pi I had previously earned was deducted from my account as a penalty. This situation has caused me serious concern and frustration. I have not received any clear or detailed explanation about why this penalty was applied or why it was done without any prior notice.
I request that my KYC process be properly reviewed and completed, and that the penalty I believe to be unfair be re-examined. If this deduction was made in error, I ask that the removed Pi be fully restored to my account. To support my complaint, I will also provide screenshots of the KYC screen and the penalty notification.
