If your Pi Network balance stayed locked after KYC approval, it’s usually due to the project’s lock-up settings or the mainnet migration process, not just KYC alone.
Pi introduced user-selected lock-up durations (weeks to years) to stabilise the network, so if you chose a long period your coins remain unavailable until it ends or you shorten it in the Pi Browser settings.
You can check and adjust your lock-up period in the Pi Browser → Mainnet → Configure Lock-Up to release your coins sooner, but locked Pi cannot be traded or moved until unlocked.
If everything is correct but you still can’t access your balance, consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to seek a resolution.
