I Completed All Pi Network Mainnet Tasks but My 9th Checklist Item Still Isn’t Approved

I have been actively using the Pi Network app for a long time and have carefully completed everything requested on the Mainnet checklist. I followed all instructions to the letter. However, despite doing everything correctly, the 9th item on the checklist has remained stuck in orange status for an unusually long time without being approved.

The worst part is that there is no clear guidance provided on what the problem might be or what steps I should take to resolve it. There are no explanations, no hints, and no proper support inside the app. I have been trying to figure it out by translating different sections from English, but every source gives a different and confusing result.

This situation is extremely frustrating, and I feel completely left in the dark. I urgently ask the Pi Network team to provide a detailed explanation or at least offer a solution pathway so users like me can move forward. If anyone else has experienced this issue or knows how to fix it, I would really appreciate the help.
