I Can’t Complete KYC to Transfer Pi Coins to My Wallet on Pi Network

I’m having a serious issue with Pi Network during the coin transfer process. When I reach the KYC (Know Your Customer) step to move my Pi coins into my wallet, the system throws an error and stops me from proceeding. I’ve already created my wallet and completed every setup step correctly—this problem is completely on Pi Network’s side.

My username is @u*, and I’ve followed every instruction given by the platform. This issue is blocking me from accessing what I’ve mined and earned over time. It’s frustrating and disappointing to be held back by a technical error at such a critical step.
