I Want My Refund Of ₹499

I made a payment of ₹1 to Mohalla Tech Private Limited on 18 August 2025 after seeing an offer that, as I understood, would entitle me to receive ₹500 back. In addition, there is a successful transaction of ₹499 to Mohalla Tech Private Limited on 7 October 2025 through PhonePe, which is also related to this issue. Despite these payments, I have not received the ₹500 refund that I was expecting. I request that my situation be checked and that the full ₹500 refund be returned to my original payment method as soon as possible, and in any case no later than 3 working days from the date of this complaint.
