PhonePe Complaint – ₹499 Sent to the Wrong Account by Mistake
I made a payment through PhonePe, but I accidentally transferred ₹499 to the wrong account. As soon as I realized the mistake, I checked my account, but the money had not been refunded. I have attached a screenshot of the transaction as proof of the incorrect transfer. I kindly request that PhonePe thoroughly investigate this mistaken transaction and assist me in recovering my ₹499, either by reversing the transaction where possible or by guiding me through the official process for recovering the funds. I would appreciate it if my money could be refunded to my account as soon as possible and if I could receive an update on the status of my request.
