Today an amount of ₹599 was auto-debited from my account through PhonePe to Greenhorn Wellness Private Limited under transaction ID OLEX2610181625514399231332 and UTR number 907216474741. This payment was made by mistake by my children using the auto-pay option, and I did not intend or authorize this purchase as a conscious transaction. No service or product has been used by me, and I noticed the charge immediately today. I kindly request that this mistaken payment of ₹599 be cancelled and fully refunded to my original payment method as soon as possible. I am sharing the transaction details so that you can locate the payment quickly and process my refund without delay.
