Faulty Philips Avent SCF870/22 Steam Cooker and Blender Purchase

On October 15, 2023, I placed an order with Amazon for the Philips Avent SCF870/22 Steam Cooker and Blender, and I received it three weeks later on October 19, 2023. Today was the day I was finally able to test it out, but unfortunately, the blender component isn't operating properly. I have been attempting to contact the seller on Amazon through the "Contact Seller" option, but it does not appear to be leading me anywhere. It's not clear to me whether the items you're selling are in working order or not. I am unable to determine who I should contact regarding this issue, and I would like to return the item.
