If Peachy won’t let you cancel or change your order after payment;

• Contact Peachy support via in-app support, email, or their official website and explain that you’re unable to cancel or modify an order after paying
• Provide your account email/username, order ID, payment date/amount, and screenshots showing the blocked cancel/change option

Ask them to;

• Explain why cancellation or changes are restricted after payment
• Cancel the order or process a modification manually
• Issue a refund or partial refund if the service hasn’t been delivered

If support does not reply, you might want to consider posting a complaint on Xolvie in order to bring attention to the issue and try to find a solution.
