Refund Demand From PDFsmart

I recently purchased a 1‑day subscription on PDFSmart on 21 May, clearly thinking it was only a 24‑hour access product. Despite this, about a week later, on 28 May, a charge of 49.99 was taken from my AIB bank account for a subscription I did not knowingly agree to continue. I contacted PDFSmart immediately and requested a refund, as I only intended to use the service for one day and was not aware that it would turn into a higher‑priced subscription. Their response was that this information was mentioned in the small print on an invoice, which I find misleading, as this was not clearly stated at the time of purchase and I did not knowingly consent to an ongoing subscription. My subscription has now been cancelled by PDFSmart, but the 49.99 payment has not been refunded. I request a full refund of the 49.99 that was taken from my account, as I did not intend to subscribe beyond the one‑day access and feel that the terms were not made transparent at the point of payment.
