PDFSimpli Unauthorized €49.90 Recurring Charges Since April
In October, when my credit card bill arrived, I noticed charges from pdfsimpli that I had never authorized. After checking my statement in detail, I saw that these payments of €49.90 have been occurring repeatedly since April, always under the name pdfsimpli, and one of the most recent transactions is dated 02/10/2026. I have never used pdfsimpli’s services, never created an account, and never knowingly approved any subscription or payment to this company. I only realized the situation yesterday when I reviewed my card statement, so until now I had not contacted either the company or the bank. I request that all charges made by pdfsimpli since the first transaction in April be fully refunded, that any subscription or recurring payment linked to my card be immediately cancelled, and that future payments to this merchant be blocked. I also ask for a clear written explanation of how this unauthorized subscription was created and how my card details were used without my consent.
