PDFSimpli Auto-Renews Monthly Subscription with Unauthorized $39.95 Charge

On July 31, 2026, at 8:47 PM Turkey Time, an automatic renewal charge of $39.95 was processed on my credit card for a monthly subscription I previously signed up for with PDFSimpli. I did not authorize a transaction of this amount, and I do not want my subscription automatically renewed in this manner.

I have been unable to establish direct contact with PDFSimpli so far, which is why I am reaching out to them through this platform. I demand that this charge, which I consider unauthorized, be canceled, that the full $39.95 drawn from my card be refunded, and that my subscription be terminated immediately.

I request that this issue be resolved promptly and that necessary measures be taken to prevent any future charges to my card.
