If Pdfgo outputs PDFs with errors or formatting issues and you want to fix it;
Check the original file first;
• Confirm the source file isn’t corrupted
• Open it in another viewer (Adobe, browser, Word)
• Re-save the original file before uploading
Try a different conversion mode;
• If converting Word → PDF, try:
– Re-exporting from Word directly
– Saving as PDF from Print menu
• If using OCR, disable it unless necessary
Simplify the file before upload;
• Remove complex elements:
– Embedded fonts
– Macros
– Heavy images
• Flatten layers if possible
Check font compatibility;
• Missing fonts often break formatting
• Embed fonts before converting
• Replace uncommon fonts with standard ones
Reduce file size;
• Compress large files
• Split large PDFs into smaller sections
Test another browser/device;
• Clear browser cache
• Try Chrome/Edge/Firefox
• Try desktop instead of mobile
Download in another format;
• If layout breaks, try:
– Convert to DOC first → re-export to PDF
– Or use Print → Save as PDF
