PDFfiller kept billing me after I canceled, how can I stop the subscription?

If PDFfiller kept billing you after you canceled and you want to stop the subscription;

Check cancellation first;

• Log in → PDFfiller → Account → Billing / Subscription
• Confirm:
– Status (Active / Canceled / Expired)
– Auto-renew setting
• Screenshot the subscription page

Check cancellation confirmation;

• Search email (Inbox + Spam) for:
– “Subscription canceled”
– “Cancellation confirmation”
• Screenshot the confirmation email

Verify where you canceled;

• If you canceled via:
– Website → ensure you completed all steps
– App Store / Google Play → open Subscriptions and confirm cancellation there
• Screenshot subscription status in store

Turn off auto-renew;

• In PDFfiller settings → toggle auto-renew off
• If via App Store / Google Play → cancel subscription there
• Screenshot cancellation status

Check payment history;

• Review your bank/card statement
• Note:
– Charged amounts
– Dates
– Merchant name
• Screenshot the charges

Contact PDFfiller Support;

• Explain you canceled but kept getting billed
• Provide:
– Account email/username
– Charge dates & amounts
– Screenshots (subscription + cancellation + bank)

• Ask them to:
– Stop future billing
– Refund the incorrect charges
– Send written cancellation confirmation

If support doesn’t resolve it;

Consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to seek a resolution.
