I recently discovered two unauthorized charges from SGT*AIDPDF.NET on my Wells Fargo business credit card ending in 8079. On the date of the original transaction, I only agreed to a one‑time charge of $1.95 to use a PDF tool to fill out a form and print the completed form. At no point did I knowingly subscribe to any ongoing service or authorize any recurring or additional charges. Despite this, I was charged $49 on 04/14/2026 and another $49 on 05/06/2026. I did not receive any confirmation email, subscription notice, or account reference from your company, and I was not informed that I would be enrolled in any kind of subscription or recurring billing. I request that you immediately cancel any subscription or account that may have been created in my name without my clear and explicit authorization and refund both $49 charges to my Wells Fargo business credit card. I also ask you to inform me in writing when these unauthorized charges will be credited back to my account. If these unauthorized charges are not fully refunded, I will proceed with reporting them as fraudulent to my credit card issuer.
