Pdfaid Charging Card After No Usage: Double Refund Requested

I am writing regarding my Pdfaid subscription, for which I have been charged despite not using the service at all. On 24 July I was debited 67,571 NGN for a Pdfaid subscription payment, and on 21 August I was debited again, this time 66,395 NGN, as shown on my card statement under “Web Pur Pdfaid”. I have not made use of the subscription during this period and did not receive any value in return for these two charges. I am attaching screenshots of both card receipts as evidence of these transactions. I kindly request that Pdfaid cancel this subscription and refund the full amounts of both payments, that is the charges from 24 July and 21 August, back to my original payment method as soon as possible.
