PDFaid Charged Me ₹2,529 for an Unauthorized Annual Subscription

I am writing to request that you officially register my complaint regarding an unauthorized auto-debit of ₹2529 taken from my account on 9 October 2026 for a hidden annual subscription to the website pdfaid.com. I had only intended to make a one-time payment for a document-related service and did not knowingly consent to any recurring or annual plan. This debited amount of ₹2529 was taken without my clear authorization, and I noticed the transaction on the same day. The subscription terms were not transparent at the time of purchase, and I was not properly informed that an auto-renewing annual subscription would be started. Based on these circumstances, I request that you initiate a full refund of ₹2529 at the earliest and ensure that this unauthorized subscription is permanently cancelled so that no further auto-debits occur.
