Pfdguru Refuses Refund After Unexpected Subscription Charge

I subscribed to a trial on Pfdguru starting from 27.04.2026, planning to use the service only for a short period. I did not give any permission for auto-renewal or for the continuation of the service beyond the initial trial charges. Despite this, on 04.05.2026, I was unexpectedly charged 50 dollars without any prior notice. Pfdguru support informed me that this amount is non‑refundable because the payment was made through their website. However, I was never clearly notified about any upcoming charge, nor do I recall agreeing to any condition that would allow an automatic renewal and a 50 dollar deduction. I also have invoice images showing this charge. I request a full refund of the 50 dollars that was charged on 04.05.2026 and the cancellation of any ongoing or future subscription linked to this trial, as I never requested a continuation of their services.
