PDF Guru Unauthorized Subscription Charge

I recently discovered that a subscription was created with PDF Guru under the email address kinga***[email protected] without my consent, and on 14.04.2026 an amount of 49.99 € was withdrawn from my ING Germany account. I did not knowingly subscribe to any paid plan, and I did not authorize this charge. After noticing the withdrawal, I contacted PDF Guru and was informed that they had cancelled my subscription. However, they clearly stated that they would not refund the 49.99 € that was taken from my account. I find this unacceptable, as the subscription was not made with my clear and informed consent. I request the full refund of the 49.99 €, the complete deletion of my PDF Guru account and a guarantee that no further charges will be made to my ING Germany account in the future. I kindly ask for this issue to be investigated and resolved as soon as possible.
