PDF Guru Unauthorized Deductions - Request A Refund
I am writing regarding an unauthorized auto-renewal of my PDF Guru subscription, which was charged to my credit card via the Apple App Store on 23 May 2026 under the reference MMGGHTT***. I did not give my consent for this renewal and there was no clear prior notice or approval before the amount was taken from my account. In addition, the amount charged on the Apple App Store differs from the actual amount of the unauthorized charge, which makes the situation even more confusing and concerning. After noticing the charge, I contacted PDF Guru customer support, but I have not received any response. This lack of communication is very disappointing and leaves me without any explanation as to why this amount was charged or why there is a discrepancy between the Apple App Store amount and the actual debit on my card. In this situation, I request a full refund of the unauthorized charge and the cancellation of any active or future renewals of my subscription. I also expect written confirmation that the subscription has been cancelled, that the discrepancy in the charged amount has been clarified, and that no further charges will be made to my credit card.
