On January 6, 2026, I purchased a weekly subscription for approximately $1 USD through the website pdfguru.com, and this payment was made with my knowledge and consent. However, on January 13, 2026, an additional charge of approximately $50 USD was made without any notification or my approval from my Akbank debit card.
After this unauthorized transaction, I contacted Akbank. The bank informed me that they created a transaction dispute request and stated that this $50 USD charge made by the company was unlawful, and that issuing a refund directly by the company would be the legally appropriate action.
I request that the $50 USD taken without my knowledge or consent be refunded to my card as soon as possible.
